摘要
以导电炭黑/水性聚乙烯醇复合型导电涂料为研究对象,考察铝钛复合型偶联剂OL-AT1618改性导电炭黑对水性导电涂料及其电热膜性能的研究。结果表明:相对于未改性导电炭黑制备的导电涂料,改性导电炭黑制备导电涂料的体积电阻率要小于前者,但渗流现象出现得较晚,导电涂料的附着力得到增强;扫描电镜表明改性导电炭黑在水性树脂中的分散性得到提高。相对于未改性导电炭黑制备的电热膜,在绝热和室温通电条件下,改性导电炭黑制备的电热膜电阻值的稳定性都得到了提高。
The influence of conductive carbon black (CB) modified by coupling agent OL- AT1618 on the properties of conductive ink and electrothermal membrane was studied. The results showed that compared with the volume resistivity of conductive ink prepared by CB, the volume resistivity of conductive ink prepared by modified CB was lower, but the phenomenon of percolation threshold was later. The adhesion of conductive ink was enhanced with modified CB. The dispersion of carbon black in the resin was improved through the SEM. The stability of electrothermal membrane was improved when it was working in the room temperature condition and the adiabatic condition.
