摘要
对水性树脂聚乙烯醇(PVA)/聚醋酸乙烯酯(PVAc)基水性导电油墨进行了研究,重点探讨了基体树脂与导电填料的配比对电热膜电阻值稳定性的影响。结果表明,通过适当调节基体树脂与导电填料的比例可以大大改善电热膜电阻值的存放稳定性和通电稳定性。该研究结果可为解决目前电热膜普遍存在电阻值稳定性差的问题提供一定的借鉴。
In this paper, water-based conductive ink of PVA/PVAc were studied. The influences of ratio of conductive filler with matrix resins on the stability of the electric heater's value of resistance were discussed, and the results showed that the stability of the electric heater's storage and electricity can be improved enormously by appropriate adjusting the ratio of conductive filler with matrix resins. The results are a reference for the problem of the stability of the electric heater's value of resistance.
