摘要
论述脉冲电路具有良好效果的原因,设计了适宜的脉冲电流波形,提出了脉冲电压电镀的更加合理性。
Pulse plating can produce films with good quality. This paper analyzes its advantages, and discusses the design of current and voltage wave.
