摘要
D类音频功率放大器设计系统中,前置运算放大器大多采用全差分设计,为实现较好的THD性能及噪声特性,要求其具有较宽的输入输出电压范围,高SNR,高PSRR,高CMRR。本文运用标准的电路理论和噪声模型,详细分析了运算放大器电路的噪声及应用在D类功放中引起的整体噪声特性,并给出改善放大器噪声性能的设计方法及设计结果。
The fully differential amplifier is usually used as a preamplifier in class D audio power amplifier system in which wide input&output voltage range and high SNR&PSRR&CMRR is needed to achieve nice THD and noise performance.The noise of the amplifier and the preamplifier in class D audio amplifier is analysed in detail with standard circuit theory and niose models in this paper, and the design method to improve noise characteristic and the design result is,presented.
