久储MH-Ni电池容量的恢复

摘要 分析了久储MH-Ni电池容量下降的原因,介绍了使不同型号MH-Ni电池容量恢复的充放电测试方法。结果表明:合适的初充电电流等于3 mA/cm2×正极板面积,充电时间为5h。为电池厂家提供了一定的借鉴。 The reasons of capacity decline for Ni-MH batteries after long-term storage were analyzed. The charge/discharge testing methods to recover the capacity of various types of Ni-MH batteries were introduced in this paper. And the testing results showed that the suitable initial charge current density was to multiply 3 mA/cm^2 by the area of the positive plate, and charge time was five hours. It would helpful to the battery manufacturers.
