摘要
通过对失效的阀控式铅蓄电池进行的容量恢复实验及解剖分析,提出了失水是导致阀控式铅蓄池失效的主要原因以及失效电池容量恢复的方法,并讨论了硫酸盐化、正极板栅腐蚀、正极活性物质软化及短路等故障及其与失水之间的关系。
The results of the dissection and capacity recovery experiments made on the failed VRLA batteries have shown that the water Ioss is the main failure cause, therefore, the authors had a try at a method to recover their capacity. The relationship between the water loss and lots of break downs such as sulphation, positive grid corrossion, positive active mass softening and short circuit, has been discussed.
