摘要
介质极化是电磁学或电磁场课程中静电场内容教学一个比较重要的部分。本文给出笔者对这部分内容教学的几个问题的理解和体会,分别是:极化前介质宏观上对外不显电性的解释;极化强度定义式的讨论;极化电荷密度公式证明的讨论;均匀介质和均匀极化的关系及如何从直观上理解均匀介质内体极化体电荷密度为零(无自由电荷区)及对用电偶极子模型来描述极化现象而不用正、负电荷直接描述的理解。
The polarization of the dielectrics is an important part of the teaching on electromagnetics and electromagnetic wave course. Some discussions on the teaching are given in this paper. The first discussion is why the dielectrics doesn't have electric fields effect on its surroundings. The second is the define of the polarization intensity; the third is the introductions of the volume density of bound charge. The fourth is the comparing between the two concepts of homogeneous dielectrics and homogeneous polarization as well as how to understand the zero of the volume density of bound charge where there is no free change. The fifth is why electric dipole is chosen as a tool for discussing on polarization of dielectrics but not positive charge or negative charge.
