摘要
以已知耐弱光性的12个辣椒品种为试材,模拟日光温室弱光逆境,研究了12个辣椒品种叶片光合色素质量浓度的变化规律及其与耐弱光性之间的关系.结果表明:28℃/18℃(昼/夜)、100μmol/ (m^2·s)PFD处理使辣椒叶片的Ch1a,Ch1b,Ch1T质量浓度总体升高,弱光胁迫初期,辣椒品种的Ch1a,Ch1b和Ch1T质量浓度越高或其相对于处理前的增加值越大,品种的耐弱光性越强;弱光胁迫处理使辣椒叶片类胡萝卜素质量浓度降低,ρ(Car)/ρ(Ch1T)减小,处理任意时期的类胡萝卜素质量浓度、ρ(Car)/ρ(Ch1T)均与辣椒品种的耐弱光性显著或极显著相关,保持较高的类胡萝卜素质量浓度是辣椒品种耐弱光的显著特征.
The changes of chloroplast pigments of 12 different poor-light-tolerant pepper varieties under poor light (28 ℃/18℃, day/night, 100 μmol/(m^2 ·s), 12 h photoperiod) stress and the relations between the changes and the poor-light-tolerance of different pepper varieties were studied. The results show that the Chla, Chlb and ChlT contents in leaves of pepper treated under poor light stress increased, and there are significant correlations between these changes and the poor-light-tolerance of different pepper varieties at the beginning of the treatment. The Car contents and the ρ(Car)/ρ(ChlT) reduced in leaves of 12 pepper varieties treated under poor light stress. There are significant correlations between any tested value of Car content or the p(Car)/p(ChlT) throughout poor light treatment.
