摘要
中国航空公司作为南京国民政府引进技术、中外合办新实业的开端,在其筹办与发展过程中,美方对中方权益的掠夺与国民政府内部各利益集团之间的权争,充分暴露了南京国民政府初期引进外资政策与体制建设上的缺失。
National Aviation Corporation was the start of the new industry of navigation with technology introduced by the Nanjing National Government into China and with Sino-foreign cooperation. During its preparation and development process, there were filled with American’s invasion of Chinese interest and Chinese internal dissensions between different national departments, which exposed shortcomings of Chinese government’s policy in attracting foreign investment and system structure.
