摘要
交互式信息服务关注的重点是提供有价值的信息,从而满足用户的信息需求并使之获得积极的用户体验。文章在研究用户体验内涵的基础上,通过韦恩图的方式对交互式信息服务中的用户体验构成要素进行了分析。最后,从用户体验与知识结构的交互作用层面出发,探讨了交互式信息服务的目标与价值实现。
The key point that interactive information service pays is to provide the valuable information, thus satisfies users＇ information need and causes them to obtain the positive user experience. On the basis of studying the connotation of user experience, this paper analyzes the elements of user experience in the interactive information service through the Wayne chart way. Finally, embarked from the correlation of user experience and knowledge structure, it diseusses the goal and the value realization of interactive information service.
