地毯簇绒机主轴偏心轮的动态特性研究 被引量:1

摘要 国产地毯簇绒机高速化是必然的趋势,对地毯簇绒机轴系的动力学特性和振动问题的研究是实现高生产率和高速化的关键技术。以地毯簇绒机的主轴偏心轮机构为研究对象,借助于CATIA机械设计软件建立了三维实体模型,采用ANSYS有限元分析软件形成了相应的三维有限元模型,对主轴偏心轮机构进行了模态分析和谐响应分析,并计算出了前5阶的固有频率、振型及激振点的位移时间历程曲线,分析结果显示出了主轴偏心轮机构各部分结构振动的强弱分布以及抗振薄弱区,为地毯簇绒机的高速化研究及优化改进设计打下了较好的基础并提供了较有价值的理论依据。 The development of the homemade carpet tufting machine with high-speed running is a inevitable trend, and the research on dynamic characteristics and vibration of the carpet tufting machine's shaft is a key technology to achieve high productivity and high speed . Using the CATIA software, a 3D solid model of the carpet tufting machine's eccentric mechanism is established as the object of study. The corresponding 3D finite element model is calculated by use of ANSYS software. Then the modal analysis and harmonious response analysis of the eccentric mechanism are carried out. The inherent frequencies, mode shapes and forced vibration point's displacement-time history curve of the first 5 modes are calculated respectively. The analysis results show the relative distribution of the vibration magnitude in the whole eccentric mechanism, which laid a good foundation and provided a valuable theoretical basis for the high-speed research and design optimization of the carpet tufting machine.
