摘要
针对实际生产中某些转子系统工作时质量不断变化情况,建立了碰摩故障质量慢变转子系统模型。对局部碰摩的情况进行了理论分析和实验研究。利用小波时频等高图来诊断质量慢变转子系统碰摩故障,取得了比较好的效果。同时还发现,无论是无故障转子系统还是碰摩故障转子系统,随着慢变质量的波动,系统响应的一倍频会产生波动。
The model of a slow-varying rotor system with rubbing fault has been built based on the continuous mass varying during the rotor system operation in practical production. The theoretical analysis and experimental research of the rotor with local rubbing have been carried out. The rubbing fault of a slow-varylng rotor system is diagnosed by means of a wavelet time-frequency contour map and good results have been achieved, It is also found that one time frequency of the system response will wave with the wave of slow-varying mass whether in the rotor systems with or without rubbing fault.
