介绍了陶瓷微滤膜分高技术的发展过程及其工作原理,综述了其在食品与发酵工业中的应用概况,包括酒类、发酵产品、乳制品、果汁和茶饮料、粮油加工、水处理、精细化工、生物柴油等领域。
This paper introduces the inorganic ceramic membrane separation technology development and working principle, looks at the applications of inorganic ceramic membrane in food and fermentation industry, including wine, dairy, juice, tea drinks, cereal oil ,fermentation liquid field, water treatment , fine chemicals and bio-diesel.
