摘要
从河南省黄河滩区的自然条件及经济社会状况出发,分析了林业在黄河中下游滩区安全和发展中的作用以及林业发展的制约因素,并提出了其林业发展的指导思想、建设方案和政策措施。
According to the natural conditions and the economic and social situation of Yellow River floodplain in Henan Province, the function of forestry on the safety and development in the middle and lower reaches of Yellow River floodplain was analyzed as well as the restriction factors in forestry development. The guide thought, construction scheme, policy and measure of forestry development were put forward.
