摘要
我国高等教育评估制度历经了两个阶段的发展,在理论和实践方面都取得了一定的成效,但也存在着许多问题。纵览发达国家高等教育评估制度的发展历史和现状,结合我国国情及高等教育的实际,我国高等教育评估制度的创新要从政府积极转变职能、形成评估主体和类型及方案的多元化、大力加强社会评估中介机构的建设这几个方面入手。
The appraisal system of China＇s higher education has experienced a history of nearly 20 years and has a certain achievement. However, there are also some problems in it. Taking experience of appraisal of higher education of developed countries and basing on an objective appraisal of evolution system of China＇ s higher education, this paper holds that the innovation of the appraisal system of China＇ s higher education should begin from the following aspects： functional transformation of government, diversity of appraisal subject, type and plan, construction and development of social intermediary appraisal organization.
