This article outlines the importance of three-dimension urban landscape model, introduces the features of models with different three-dimension data, and studies the building methods of urban architecture model. At the same time, it also shows the advantages of three-dimension visional technology and points out that three dimension GIS makesthe urban planning, infrastructure design more scientific, and it has a significant meaning to the study of urban sustainable development.
