摘要 目前利用卫星影像进行空间变化监测的应用已经比较普遍,尤其在监测城市部件的平面变化方面已经有成熟的技术方法,但是仍无法解决准确监测建筑物的高度变化的问题。在城市违法建筑执法中对建筑物高度变化的监测尤为重要,文章就此问题利用倾斜摄影测量等测绘技术手段,通过建筑物平面和高度定期比对,实现城市建筑物空间变化监测,从而为城市违法建筑执法和城市综合管理考核等提供可靠的数据依据。 Using satellite images to monitor space changes has been very popular recently, especially in the monitoring plane changes of urban components. But it still has no good solution in the monitoring height changes of buildings. So, it is very important to monitor the height changes of buildings in the enforcement of illegal construction. The paper analyzes the issue of using tilt photogrammetry technology, through comparison between plane and height for buildings on a regular basis, the space change monitoring for urban buildings has been achieved. It provides us a digital basis for law enforcement of urban illegal construction and urban comprehensive management evaluation.
