摘要
随着中国高等教育大众化时代的来临,地方高校汉语言文学(师范类)专业面临着前所未有的挑战。中小学语文教育改革的迅猛使我们以往的观念滞后,本科专业对学生的实践能力培养的忽视导致其核心竞争力降低,而新的形势对人才提出了更新更高的要求,因此,我们必须顺应基础教育语文课改的发展趋势,精心设计科学的人才培养方案,建构四级实践教学平台,培养学生的四种实践能力,探索新的人才培养模式,全面提高综合素质和创新能力。
With the coming of popularization of higher education in China, the specialty of Chinese language and literature in local colleges and universities is facing unprecedented challenge. The rapid development of the reform on Chinese education at primary and middle schools induces the lag of our traditional ideas. Meanwhile, the neglect of cultivation to undergraduate practical ability results in the lack of their core competence. However, new situation raises newer and higher demands for graduates. Thus, we must conform with the trend of the reform to basic Chinese education development and design a scientific scheme of training talent. In order to train student＇ s four types practical ability, practical teaching platforms based on four grades should be established. Moreover, we must explore new cultivation modes and improve student＇ s comprehensive quality and innovative ability. Only by doing these, the specialty of Chinese language and literature （normal） in local colleges and universities can overcome dilemma and have a bright future.
