摘要
在6063合金中添加不同含量的La,用硬度(HB、HV)测试仪、差示扫描量热仪(DSC)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等方法研究了La对6063合金铸态组织、力学性能及时效行为的影响。结果表明,La对合金晶粒有明显的细化作用,添加适量的La有利于合金硬度和抗拉强度的提高,并且La的加入没有改变合金的析出顺序,但随着La含量的提高,La会消耗大量的Si,并在合金中形成粗大的AlFeSiLa化合物,抑制了中间沉淀析出相β″、β′析出,使强化相Mg2Si减少,反而使合金硬度和抗拉强度下降。
Effects of different RE La additions on as-cast microstructure,mechanical properties,aging behavior and aging sequence of 6063 aluminum alloy have been investigated by hardness tester,DSC(differential scanning calorimetry),XRD(X-ray diffraction) and SEM(scanning electron microscope).It is found that the dendrite in alloy can be evidently refined and mechanical properties can be improved with proper La addition,meanwhile,the aging precipitation sequence can not be changed.However,mechanical properties of alloy can be obviously deteriorated with the increase of La addition,which is attributed to the creation of coarse AlFeSiLa compound restricting the precipitation of the β' and β' phase and reduced Mg2Si phase.
