摘要
本试验在南瓜自然发病的条件下,鉴定了38种南瓜自交系对病毒病的抗病性。结果表明,无高抗和免疫的类型,抗病类型2份,占5.3%;中抗类型28份,占73.7%;感病自交系材料8份,占21.1%。并选择15份自交系进行杂交组合,同时鉴定和评价其抗病性,分析其抗性遗传。试验表明各杂交组合间抗性也存在显著差异,正交和反交设计对抗病性有明显影响,229-1作母本与感病类型杂交表现高度感病,病情指数是54.0。042-1作母本与中抗材料杂交,则较抗病。在选择的自交系中360-3抗性性状稳定,是较好的抗源材料。
This experimed held under the circumstance that the pumpkin symptoms naturally, we signeal the resistance of 38 kinds of pumpkin inbred lines to the Pumpkin Virus Disease. The result indicated that no highly disease-resis that type and immune types, 2 disease-resistant types occupies 5.3% ;28moderate disease-resistant types occupies 73.7% ;8disease-infectious occupies 21.1%. We selected 15 inbred lines to hybridize, appraise and evaluate them at the same time, analysis the Genetic resistance, the result show that it exists remarkable difference among the hybrid combinations, there is not any notable difference between the cross and unti-cross, when 229-1 hybridizes as female parent with inbred lines, then show highly disease-infectious, disease index is 54. when 042-1 hybribizes as femal parent with moderat disease-resistant materials, then show highly resistance. 360-3 that selected, from the inbred lines show its resistance stamblely, and it is a better resistant material.
