摘要
在室温条件下,用1.0mol·L-1硫酸溶液提取乳油制剂中的烟碱,提取液经分离、稀释后,直接用紫外分光光度法测定。结果发现,该方法对烟碱溶液进行测定的准确度与水蒸汽蒸馏-紫外分光光度法基本一致,而对乳油样品测定的准确度和精密度均高于水蒸汽蒸馏-紫外分光光度法,回收率在95.0%~98.3%之间。硫酸溶液的浓度以1mol·L-1为宜,硫酸溶液用量为烟碱摩尔数的1.0~1.2倍,提取液的分层时间及澄清程度与硫酸溶液加入量有关。
This paper reports an easy method to determine nicotine content in emulsion concentrate (E.C.) in room temperature.After the nicotine of E.C. is extracted using water solution of sulphuric acid (H2SO4,1 mol·L-1),the extraction is diluted and determined with ultraviolet spectrophotometry.The method can get a recovery ratio of 95.0% ̄98.3%.This is a method with more accuracy and rapidity than the method of vapour distillationUV spectrophotometry.Optimum concentration of sulphuric acid is 1 mol·L-1 and the amount (mole number) of it used to extract nicotine is 1.0 ̄1.2 times as much as that of nicotine in sample.The distribution speed and clarification degree of extraction phase are related to the amount of solution of sulphuric acid added.
