摘要
建立了树脂相分光光度法测定水中痕量2,4 二硝基苯酚的新方法。该法快速简便、灵敏度高(ε405=1.03×105L/mol·cm);精密度理想(测含2,4 二硝基苯酚5μg/mL样品5次,RSD=1.0%);线性范围(定容25mL)0~6.0μg/mL;以3σ衡量,检出限:0.11μg/mL;回收率:98%~102%。
A new method for determining 2,4-dinitrophenol based on resin phase spectrophotometry was reported. This method is a fast,simple ,and has high sensitivity (ε_(405)=1.03×10~5 L/mol·cm),and good accuracy ( 5μg/mL 2,4-dinitrophenol was measured for 5 times, RSD=1.0%). Its linearity range is 0~6.0 μg/mL,with a detection limit of 0.11μg/mL; The method give a recovery percentage of 98%~102%.
