摘要
用邻氯苯甲醛、对氯苯甲醛、邻甲氧基苯甲醛、对甲氧基苯甲醛分别与环己酮缩二乙醇反应,合成了4种α,α′-双亚苄基环烷酮类化合物.运用1H核磁共振手段,通过对双键碳上H化学位移的分析,阐述了邻位效应对质子化学位移的影响,认为是电子效应和空间效应等综合作用的结果.
Four kinds of α, α′-bis (substituted benzylidene) cycloalkanones were synthesized by cross aldol condensation of aromatic aldehydes with cyclohexanone ketal, and token through hydrogen-nuclear magnetic resonance spectra. The influence of ortho-effect on chemical shift of proton was concluded and found ortho- effect was synthetic action of electronic effect and three-dimensional effect.
