摘要 测试不同细度的不锈钢纤维与传统纺织纤维的打结及钩接强度等性能并进行比较研究,分析纤维的弯曲剪切性能,结果表明金属长丝比短纤性能要好,偏低的弯曲剪切性能是造成断头、损伤大的重要影响因素,通过调整纺纱工艺特别是改变针的圆滑性及针的直径等,可在一定程度上降低纤维的损耗率。 The knot tenacity and the hook joint strength of the stainless-steel fibers with different fineness were tested and measured, the results were compared with the performance of the traditional textile fibers. Through analyzing the bending and shear properties of the fibers, it was shown that the performance of the steel filament is better than the chopped fiber. The lower bending and shear performance is the main influencing factors for the yarn breakage and damage. By adjusting the spinning process, especially changing the smoothness and the diameter of the card wire, the loss ratio of the fibers can be decreased to a certain degree.
