摘要
竹浆纤维在水刺加工过程中,除水刺工艺对产品性能产生影响外,原料本身的性能也会对产品性能有重要影响。研究表明竹浆纤维的形态结构、抗弯刚度、细度、长度、断裂强度、回潮率等都是重要影响因素,其中以纤维细度的影响为最大,根据纤维直径可以大致确定水针的孔径。
Apart from the processing technology for spunlaced nowovens, the properties of the raw materials also have an important influence on product performance. The result shows that the morphological structure, flexural rigidity, fineness, length, breaking strength and water regain are the important influencing factors. Of which, the effect of the fineness is the largest one, and the water needle apertttre can be roughly determined based on the diameter of the frber.
