摘要
花生是我国的主要经济作物之一,花生多肽具有重要的生理功能。论述了花生多肽的制备、功能及应用,并在理化性质及应用方面与大豆多肽进行了比较。
The peanut is one of our country main industrial crops, the peanut polypeptide have the important physiological function. This article elaborated the peanut polypeptide preparation, the function and the application, and has carried on the comparison in the physics and chemistry nature and the application aspect and the soybean peptides.
