摘要
随着改革开放的深入和市场经济的建立健全,我国劳动争议案件日益增多、日趋复杂。而20世纪80年代建立起来的现行劳动争议处理体制同现实需要之间的矛盾也日益凸显。我国现行劳动争议处理机制仍然存在许多不足,需要进一步完善。
As the reform and opening to the outside world advances deeply, the case of our nation＇s labour dispute is increasing more and more correspondingly. And it is explosed obviously that the contradiction between the present need and the system dealing with our nation＇ s labour dispute which was established on 80 of the 20th century. In a word, the system dealing with our nation＇ s labour dispute in force carrys lots of shortage and must be improved.
