摘要
网络环境下,高校图书馆期刊资源建设面临着新的机遇和挑战。高校图书馆应调整策略,制定新的建设原则,实行实用性原则、协调性原则、经济性原则、特色性原则和标准化原则;采取多种措施加强期刊资源建设:优化期刊馆藏结构,充分利用网上期刊资源,加强特色期刊资源建设,共享共建期刊资源。
Under network conditions, libraries of higher universities and college face both opportunities and ehallenges. Libraries should adjust the strategy, adopt the principle of practicality, coordination, economy, characteristics and standardization; take variety of measures to strengthen the journal resource construction： perfecting the structure of journal collection, making good use of network journal resource and constructing the shared and common journal resource.
