摘要
通过对照国内外铁路参与城市轨道交通运输的现状,分析得出国有铁路参与城市轨道交通运输的前提条件、必要性,并就建设、运营管理和行车组织模式等方面提出解决办法,从而探索出一条盘活国有资产、节省城市建设投资和和完善城市轨道交通网络的有效途径。
Through comparing the situation of the domestic and foreign railway to participate in the urban track transportation, the analysis obtains the prerequisite of the national railway to participate in the urban track transportation, the necessity, and put forward the solution methods on the aspects of construction, operation management, driving organization pattern and so on. Thus it found out the efficient path to stimulate the state asset, save urban construction investment and perfect the urban track transport network.
