摘要
通过探索性试验,对水泥基无机粘结材料植筋的工程适用性进行试验研究。试验结果表明:水泥基无机粘结材料胶体平均抗压强度可达47.1MPa,且早期强度较大;采用水泥基无机粘结材料植筋工艺,钢筋拉拔力平均提高32.9%,有较大的安全储备。并对植筋时的钻孔孔径和相对锚固长度提出了设计建议。将此工艺用于实际工程,介绍了工程病害产生原因和植筋施工工艺,取得了良好的加固效果。
Based on exploratory research, engineering applicability of steel bar embedded with cement-based inorganic materials technology was researched by test. The results show that average compressive strength of cement-based inorganic materials colloid reached 47.1MPa with large early strength, drawing force of the embedded bar improved by 32.9 %, and the technology has large safety margin. Design suggestion about holes diameter and comparative anchorage length were proposed. Disease causes, steel bar embedded technology and its excellent construction effect were introduced according to actual highway reinforced engineering.
