摘要
以提高消防技术工种人员职业素质为目标,提出了开展消防技术工种人员职业技能鉴定,实行就业资格准入制度的思路,分析了我国建立消防职业资格证书制度的必要性、可行性、现实意义和构建措施。
Focusing on improving professionalism of fire protection technician, this thesis suggest that launch a compain to test fire protection technician＇s professionalism by establishing a system to access fire protection profession. This thesis also analysis the necessity and feasibility of establishing a system for fire protection accessing certificate. This system is of theoretical and practical significance.
