摘要
分析了消防职业培训不适应当前社会发展需要现状,提出创新消防职业培训机制,实施网络培训,提高培训效率的观点,研发了建筑消防设施远程培训系统,利用现代信息手段,移植其他行业成熟技术,建立了消防培训网络平台,突破了传统培训所受时间和空间的限制,以开放、灵活、服务公众为宗旨,将消防培训对象扩大到各领域消防安全人员,实现了培训资源共享化、服务公共化,培训形式由单一集中面授向网络化、多元化方式转变,满足了公众不同培训需求。
This article analyses that fire vocational training cannot meet the current needs of social development siluation, and puts forward the views of innovation of fire protection vocational training mechanism and the implementation of network training and the improvement of training efficiency. It researches and develops the remote training system of building fire with the use of modern information technology and transplantation of other industries mature technology. It sets up a fire training network platform which breaks the limitations of time and space of traditional training, with the purpose of open, flexible and serving the public. The fire training object is extended to trainees in various fields of fire safety to achieve the goal of sharing of training resources and public services. The form of training is transferred from single, centralized face to face to network and diversification, which meets different needs of the public training.
