碳化钙气压法砌块含水率快速测定方法在工程中的应用研究

摘要 介绍碳化钙气压法砌块含水率快速测定方法的原理与测试步骤,研究在上海地区自然干燥环境条件下砌块工程中不同砌块墙面、朝向、砌块深度等对砌块含水率变化的影响。研究表明,碳化钙气压法砌块含水率快速测定方法测试结果可靠、操作方便。墙体砌块不同深度的含水率随干燥龄期增长呈非线性下降。根据现场测定的墙体砌块含水率的大小,确定墙体砌块砌筑时间、晾置时间与粉刷时间,可有效控制砌块工程质量。 In this paper,the principles and testing procedure of block moisture content testing method using carbide-gas pressure is introduced,and effect of wall block orientation,depth and location on moisture content change of block project under Shanghai natural drying conditions was studied. The results indicate that testing result of this method is credible and its procedure is simple. The block moisture content in different depth decreases non-linearly with the increase of drying ages. According the in-field testing moisture content of blocks,the block masonry time,drying period and finishing time is determined,which controls the quality of block projects effectively.
