摘要
以短小芽孢杆菌1.894(Bacillus pumilus 1.894)为出发菌株,经紫外诱变育种,得到产碱性蛋白酶较高的新菌株短小芽孢杆菌2080(Bacillus pumilus 2080)。经固态发酵条件的优化,其酶产率可达15300 U/g。
By UV mutagenesis and subsequent enzyme production conditions optimization by SSF, a mutant strain Bacillus pumilus 2080 was obtained from Bacillus pumilus 1.894, and around 15300 U/g of the alkaline protease productivity could usually be achieved by the strain.
