摘要
通过对HAP26复合诱变（NTG＋N^＋离子注入）,选育出一株碱性蛋白酶活力达3.5×10^7U·L^-1的菌株HAP3-26-2。该酶生物合成类型属于半藕联合成型。碱性蛋白酶最适温度为40℃,在pH 7-11的范围内,酶活力比较稳定。
Through compound mutagenesis （ NTG ＋ N^＋ ion implantation）, strain HAP3 - 26 - 2 with protease activity 35000U·mL^-1 was isolated. The biosynthesis type of the alkaline proteinase belonged to half- coupling and the optimum temperature was 40℃. The enzyme activity was stable at pH 7 - 11.
