摘要
将发动机多维CFD程序KIVA-3V与化学动力学程序CHEMKINⅢ及DETCHEM相耦合,模拟了缝隙区催化燃烧对HCCI发动机排放特性的影响。利用此模型分析了活塞冠侧面催化剂铂涂层对HCCI发动机缸内温度场及HC浓度场的影响,结果表明当活塞冠侧面存在催化剂时,与缸内无催化燃烧相比,HC、CO的排放得到很大程度降低,但NO_x的排放将略有升高.
By coupling the KIVA-3V engine CFD package with the CHEMKIN Ⅲ and DETCHEM chemical kinetics packages, the effects of in-crevice catalytic combustion on the emissions of HCCI engine were simulated. The effects of catalytic combustion on the temperature field and the concentration field of HC of a HCCI engine whose piston side surfaces have been coated with catalyst (platinum) were discussed. The results show that comparing with no catalytic combustion, the emissions of HC and CO are lower, but the NO~ emissions is increased slightly by using catalyst coating on the piston side surfaces.
