摘要
本文应用扫描电子显微镜观察了地方性砷中毒患者的头发，并进行了发砷值的测定。结果表明，砷中毒患者头发的超微结构发生了明显的改变，出现了毛小皮排列紊乱、脱落、失去正常结构。发砷值含量为４７３３４μｇ／ｇ，明显高于正常对照１３２１μｇ／ｇ（Ｐ＜０００１），说明发砷值的增高与电镜的超微结构改变相一致，因此认为用发砷及超微结构来反映砷中毒是较为理想的指标。
In this paper, the patient's hair with endemic arsenism was studied using both method of scanning electron microscopy and measuring arsenic value in the hair.The ultrastructure of the hair from patients with endemic arsenism showed that the cuticle of the hair arranged disorderly, dropped and lost normal structure.Arsenic increasing mean value in the hair of the arsenism was 47334μg/g which was more high than that of the normal control group by 1321μg/g (P<0001).These results gave evidence that the arsenic increase in the hair was significantly correlated with ultrastructure change of the hair.Therefore, these results suggested, that it is a reliable sensitive standard to use the method of measuring arsenic value and ultrastructure in the hair for checking arsenism.
