摘要
目的探讨三种剖宫产术式的优缺点。方法收集有剖宫产指征的初产妇300例,随机分为三组:(1)改良新式剖宫产组(改良组)100例,新式剖宫产组(新式组)100例,腹壁纵切口剖宫产组(传统组)100例。比较三种剖宫产术式术中情况和手术结果。结果改良组、新式组胎儿娩出时间、手术总时间、术后进食时间、首次下床时间、肛门排气时间和术后住院时间均低于传统组(P〈0.05)。结论改良新式剖宫产术损伤小,出血少,术后恢复快,从而减少了患者的痛苦。
Objective To investigate the advantage and disadvantage of three kinds of cesarean section. Methods The 300 cases in primipara were randomly divided into three groups: (1)improved cesarean group( n = 100) ,new cesarean group( n = 100 ), longitudinal incision abdominal post-palace production group( n = 100 ). Comparison of cesarean time in which fetus is delivered, the total operation time, blood loss, time when eating and the first time to get out of bed,anus exhaust time and postoperative hospital stay in three groups. Results Improved group, new group fetus is delivered, the total operation time, time when eating and the first time to get out of bed, anus exhaust after hospitalization time and time were lower than the traditional group(P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Improved new cesarean section had less injury, less bleeding, postoperative recovery faster, thereby reduced the suffering of patients.
