摘要 采用基于PSPICE电路仿真方法,建立了电控柴油机ECU中主要功率器件的功耗模型,并分析了影响这些元器件功耗的主要因素,提出了降低电控柴油机ECU功率元器件功耗的方法,并设计出优化后的ECU方案。根据PSPICE功耗模型仿真,计算出了ECU中主要功率元件在不同喷油脉冲宽度下的功耗。根据仿真结果结合电控柴油机喷油脉冲宽度脉谱,计算出了功率元器件在发动机不同转速、不同负荷下的功耗。设计了合理的ECU元器件散热系统。试验结果表明,在不影响电控柴油机ECU性能的情况下,将ECU在最大功耗时的功率由优化前的40.7 W降为优化后的26.5 W,各个元件的最大温升为28.5℃,完全满足电控柴油机ECU恶劣的工作环境要求。 Based on the circuit simulation on PSPICE, the power consumption model of each power semiconductor components for the ECU of electronically controlled diesel engine were established in this paper. According to the simulation results, the factors which affect the power consumption of components were discussed. In addition an optimization design of thermal management for this ECU was introduced in this paper. At the same time, the power consumption of power components at different engine load were calculated and analyzed, and a cooling system was designed. The experiments show that the total maximum power consumption decreases from 40.7 W(without optimization design)to 26.5 W(with optimization design), and the maximum temperature rise of each component is below 30 ℃, which can satisfy the strict requirement of working environment for ECU.
