摘要 选用3个不同黄瓜品种,研究常温(25℃)和低温(15℃)下黄瓜种子发芽与乙烯释放及淀粉酶活性的关系。低温下黄瓜种子的发芽能力下降,乙烯释放量减少,淀粉酶活性差异明显。黄瓜种子低温发芽与乙烯释放、淀粉酶活性呈正相关。乙烯释放量、淀粉酶活性可作为低温下衡量黄瓜发芽的生理生化指标。 The seed germination vitality, releasing amount of ethylene and activity of amylase of three different cucumber varieties were studied in normal temperature(25℃ ) and low temperature (15℃ ). In low temperature, the seed germination vitality and releasing amount of ethylene reduced, activity of amylase was significantly different from the normal, It had positive relationship between seed germination vitality and releasing amount of ethylene & activity of amylase. Releasing amount of ethylene and activity of amylase could be regarded as a physiologic and biochemical index for cucumber seed germination variety in low temperature.
