摘要
磨球作用于衬板的冲击功是磨损环境中的一个重要参数,是选择衬板材料的依据,本文采用建立高锰钢加工硬化程度与冲击功的大小之间的数学模型,来反推衬板所受的冲击功的方法,估算出了选矿厂球磨机衬板受到来自磨球和矿粒的最大冲击功为1.7J,并为测量衬板所受的冲击功提供了一种新的方法。
The impact energy of grinding balls acting upon the linings is an important parameter in the wear environment and a basis for choosing the liner property. This article adopts the method which establishes a mathematical model related the work hardening degree of the high manganese steel with the magnitude of the impact energy for inversely deducing the impact energy that the liner suffers, with which the most impact energy for the liner suffering from the grinding balls and mineral particles is estimated at 1.7J. It provides a new method to survey the impact energy .for the liner suffering.
