摘要
教师专业发展是当前教育改革的重要议题。人学是教师专业发展所必须依据的哲学基础与基本前提,也为我们理解作为"人"的教师及其专业发展提供了新的视角。在人学视野中,需要、生命、超越、主体、价值等反映了人类对人的本质属性和教育的现代特性认识的升华,通过人学视野来观照教师专业发展具有极强的实践意义。
Teachers' professional development is an important subject of educational reform at present. Menology is the philosophic base and the basic precondition for the teachers' professional development, and it has provided us a new perspective to understand man as a teacher and teachers' professional development. From the perspective of menology, need, life, transcendence, subject, value and so on represent people's further understanding of human being's natural attributes and modern characteristics of education. It is of great actual and practical significance to give consideration to the teachers' professional development from the perspective of menology.
