奥运会作为体育界一大盛会,早已深入人心。每一届奥运会都会根据举办国家的历史、文化,选择恰当的吉祥物。作为奥运会的形象大使,吉祥物要出现在奥运会的各个领域。2008年北京奥运会的吉祥物——"福娃"已然横空出世。"福娃"独特的形象,深远的寓意,向全世界传递着中华民族友谊、和平及人与自然和谐相处的美好愿望。"福娃"一经诞生就受到世人的瞩目,设计师精心巧妙的设计成就了"福娃"鲜活可爱的形象,其独特的设计理念蕴含着无比丰富的文化价值。
The Olympic Games are the most impressive sports meeting in the world. Mascots, as the symbols of Olympic Games, are designed according to the history and culture of the host countries. With their unique images and far-reaching meanings, "Fuwa" , the mascots of Beijing Olympic Games in 2008, are sending their faith of friendliness, harmony and peace to the whole world. This particular article has made a detailed observation on the designing faith of " Fuwa" from an intercultural perspective to discuss the uniquely-designed cultural values.
