摘要
采用3,5—二硝基水杨酸法研究贵州疣螈离体消化器官淀粉酶活性,测定贵州疣螈消化系统胃、肝、前肠、中肠、后肠淀粉酶的最适pH依次为:2.2、7.8、7.0、7.8和8.2,最适温度依次为:45、35、35、30、35℃,在最适pH和最适温度条件下各组织的淀粉酶活性依次为118.5、126.2、56.1、53.7、41.7个活性单位。
Amylase activity in digestive system in salamander Tylototriton kweichowoensis was determined in vivo by DNS.It was found that the optimum pH in stomach,liver,foregut,midgut and hindgut was 2.2,7.8,7.0,7.8 and 8.2,respectively.The optimum temperature was 45 ℃,35 ℃,35 ℃,30 ℃ and 35 ℃,respectively .Under the optimum pH and temperature,the amylase activity in each was 118.5,126.2,56.1,53.7 and 41.7 active unit,respectively.
