摘要
传统的通风方式对于空间高大的焊接厂房来说存在着一些问题:焊接烟尘悬浮于车间上空,排不出去;对于严寒地区,冬季排风热损失大;焊接工位送风速度过高等。确定了焊接厂房通风量的计算方法,指出为了节省通风能耗,在焊接厂房通风系统应用中应结合循环净化处理方式运行。通过数值模拟,证明了置换通风是焊接厂房通风中的最佳气流组织形式。
There are a few problems in the traditional ventilation of the large space's welding workshop that the welding smoke and dust floats in the air,it can not be exhausted,the ventilation results a greats heat load discharged in winter, the air velocity is high in work station.For an example of a welding workshop, presents the calculation method of ventilation rates for the welding workshop ,and points out that purification cycle operation should be applied in welding workshop ventilation systems in order to save energy.The numerical simulation demonstrated that displacement ventilation in welding workshop is the best airflow patterns.
