摘要
目的:探讨非小细胞肺癌(nonsmall-cell lung cancer,NSCLC)乙酰肝素酶(HPA)和C-erbB-2表达与NSCLC发生发展和浸润转移的关系。方法:NSCLC组为56例非小细胞肺癌保存蜡块,其中临床分期Ⅰ期15例、Ⅱ期28例、Ⅲ期13例。病理分级高分化16例、中分化22例、低分化18例,对照组为18例癌旁组织。采用免疫组织化学染色法检测两组HPA和C-erbB-2蛋白表达情况。结果:NSCLC组HPA表达阳性率(43/56例,76.8%)显著高于对照组(2/18例,11.1%),淋巴结转移NSCLC组显著高于无淋巴结转移NSCLC组,不同临床分期、不同病理分化程度NSCLC组HPA阳性表达率差异有显著性。NSCLC组C-erbB-2阳性率(40/56例,71.4%)显著高于对照组(2/18例,11.1%),NSCLC组不同临床分期、不同病理分化程度的C-erbB-2阳性表达率差异有显著性。结论:HPA和C-erbB-2高表达与NSCLC的发生、发展及浸润转移有显著关系。
Objective:To explore the expression of heparanase and C-erbB-2 in NSCLC. Methods:56 specimens of NSCLC were included in this experiment. Among them,15 cases were in clinical stage Ⅰ ,28 in stage Ⅱ and 13 in stage Ⅲ. Another 18 latero-tissue away from NSCLC were included in the control group. The expression of heparanase and C-erbB-2 was detected with the technology of immunohistochemistry staining.Results: In NSCLC group, the heparanase protein was expressed in the cell cytoplasm, the expressing rate of heparanase was significantly higher than that in the control group. The expressing rate of heparanase in the lymphatic metastasis group was significantly higher than that in the no lymphatic metastasis group. The expressing rates of heparanase were different in different clinical stages of NSCLC.The expressing rate of C-erbB-2 in NSCLC group was significantly higher than that in the control group. The ex- pressing rate of C-erbB-2 in the lymphatic metastasis group was higher than that in the no lymphatic metastasis group significantly too. Conelusion:Heparanase and C-erbB-2 expression play a important role in the occurrence of NSCLC,which have close relationship with the progress and infiltration of NSCLC.
