摘要
用棉籽油酸生产二聚酸,产生大量的副产物--单体酸。研究其组成,对单体酸的开发和应用具有重要意义。首先采用GC/MS法测定出样品的主要组成为:肉豆蔻酸(12.16%)、棕榈酸(8.51%)、十八稀酸(25.53%)、硬脂酸(32.72%)等15种物质。然后,从评价铝材轧制油添加剂的性能指标(相容性、润滑性、减缩性、抗磨性以及退火清洁性和抗氧化性六个方面),考察了将单体酸作为或加工成为铝材轧制油添加剂的可行性。
Monomer acid is the byproduct of preparing dimer acid from oleic acid in industry. Studying its constitution will contribute to the exploitation and application of it. First, the chemical constituents of fatty acid in monomer acid were determined by GC/MS. Fifteen components (such as Tetradecanoic acid, Hexadecanoic acid, Octadecenoic acid and Stearic acid ) were identified. The analyzed results showed that the tetradecanoic acid content reached up to 6.70 %, the hexadecanoic acid accounted for 13.97 %, the Octadecenoic acid arrived at 25.53 % and the Stearic acid 32.72%. Then, the feasibility of additive in aluminium rolling was studied. The rolling oil performance indices were comprehensively evaluated taking the following six performances as the indices: compatibility, lubrication, reduction, tribological properties, annealing property and anti -oxidation. The results showed the comprehensive effects of the additives were excellent.
