摘要 通过气相色谱-质谱联用技术对新一代铝板带、箔轧制油的成分构成和碳链分布特征进行深入分析,并与目前使用的轧制油进行了对比试验。同时在四球摩擦磨损试验机上针对基础油中芳烃的作用与含量进行了摩擦学性能测试分析。结果表明,新一代铝轧制油其成分特征仍为链烷烃和环烷烃的混合烃,但其碳链分布更加集中;当轧制油芳烃的质量分数提高到1.0%,略高于传统的铝轧制油时,轧制油表现出更好的抗压减摩效果,满足现代化宽幅高速轧制要求。 An in-depth analysis on compositions and carbon atomicity distribution of new- generation base oils for aluminum strips and foils was conducted by means of the Gas Chro- matography-Mass Spectrometry. The experiment result was compared with that of conventional oils for aluminum cold rolling. A series of tribology performance tests were carried out to ex- plore the function of aromatic hydrocarbons with different contents in base oils by a four-ball friction and wear testing machine. The experimental results show that new-generation oils still consist of paraffin and naphthenic hydrocarbons yet with narrower carbon atomicity distribu- tion. When the mass fraction of aromatic hydrocarbon is enhanced to 1.0%, higher than that of conventional oils, greater resistance to extreme pressure and better antifrietion performances will present in new oils, satisfying the demand of modem wide strips rolling with high speed.
