免疫调节中的一个关键转录因子——叉头状转录因子3

摘要 调节性T细胞是机体维持自身耐受的重要组成部分,在免疫耐受、自身免疫病、移植、肿瘤等方面均有极其重要的作用。在很多免疫性疾病如移植物抗宿主病中调节性T细胞的数量和功能存在显著异常。最近研究发现,叉头状转录因子3(FOXP3)对于调节性T细胞的发育和功能具有重要作用,是调节性T细胞发育的一个关键转录因子。文章就FOXP3的分子结构功能、与CD4+CD2+5Treg细胞在发育和功能上的关系及临床检测的意义予以综述。 Regulatory T cells are essential ingredients in maintaining autotolerance, which plays a very important role in immune tolerance, autoimmune diseases, transplantation, and tumor development. In many immune diseases like GVHD( graft versus host disease), regulatory T cells are abnormal in quantity and function significantly. Recent researches have shown that FOXP3 (forkhead transcription facter3 ) ,which is a critical transcription factor in regulatory T cells development, plays a very important role in regulatory T cells development, This article gives an overview about molecule structure function, the relation of CD4^+ CD25^+Treg cells in development and function, and the meaning of clinical measure.
