摘要
电子商务是一种新型的交易方式,面对这种交易方式,消费者的心理势必发生相应的变化。从对电子商务活动中消费者心理特征、变化和影响因素等方面进行分析,探讨网络消费者的心理,可以使企业决策者突破传统的经营思维局限,改革固有的营销方式和营销策略,从而构建适合电子商务的全新运营机制。
Electronic commerce is a new way of trading. Facing this way of trading, customers' psychology must be changed accordingly. We can search for E-shoppers' psychology from these ways, such as psychological characters, changes and factors. Then, the decision makers of enterprises will break the traditional limits, reform the old ways and tactics of marketing and build a new system of electronic commerce.
